Samir Patel is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. Samir has extensive experience representing public and private companies and private equity firms on a broad range of U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, complex carve-outs and divestitures, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, minority investments and corporate reorganizations. Samir also advises clients on corporate governance and securities laws matters.
