Maximilian Schwab is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department, advising financial investors/Private Equity Houses and corporate clients on cross border and national mergers and acquisitions, including carve-out transactions as well as international joint ventures and investment projects. Maximilian has a strong track record on advising on transactions in regulated industries such as infrastructure, health care and energy. He holds an Executive Master of Business (EMBA) of University of Münster. Maximilian speaks French fluently.
