Stephen Keogh Bio

Stephen Keogh is the Managing Partner of William Fry. Stephen was previously Head of William Fry’s Corporate/M&A department specialising in transactional corporate work with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions, acting for sponsors, target companies and management teams. Stephen served on William Fry’s management committee for 3 years and was head of William Fry’s London office for 5 years.
