Bio

Siobhan Carlin is a Partner in William Fry's Banking & Finance Department. Siobhan has particular experience advising on real estate (investment and development) finance and project finance transactions where her clients include financial institutions, alternative lenders, sponsors, private equity houses, institutional investors and semi-state entities. Siobhan has also advised extensively on financings to funds including ICAVs and other forms of QIAIFs. In addition she has significant experience acting on domestic and cross-border corporate lending transactions and debt restructurings and has advised on a number of loan portfolio acquisitions and financings. Prior to joining William Fry Siobhan worked for 7 years in the London office of Linklaters.
