Ronan Shanahan is a Partner in William Fry's Corporate Department and advises on a broad range of transactional work including acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, investments, limited partnerships, IPOs and capital raises, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and commercial contracts for both Irish and international clients. Ronan joined William Fry in 2020 having spent 9 years in another large Irish law firm.
