Paul White is Head of the William Fry US offices and Partner in our Corporate Department based in our San Francisco office. He has significant experience advising on a wide range of transactional corporate matters for public and private companies, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and general corporate law matters.
