Myra Garrett SC Bio

Myra is a Corporate Partner and former Managing Partner. Myra has a broad corporate practice specialising in mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, IPOs, capital market transactions and corporate restructurings. She advises companies and boards of directors on corporate governance and strategic issues. Myra is on the Management Board of the International Bar Association, ‘the Global voice of the Legal Profession’. She is a Board member of the National Treasury Management Agency. In October 2024, Myra was granted Patents of Precedence by the Supreme Court of Ireland, conferring the right to use the title of Senior Counsel.
