Mark Quealy is a Partner in William Fry’s Corporate Department. His practice consists primarily of transactional corporate engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment transactions (acting both for investors and for companies raising funding), and corporate restructurings. He also has significant experience in the use of partnership and limited partnership structures, both in private equity fund establishment and also in certain joint venture scenarios where they can offer advantages to particular categories of investor.
