Maire Neill is a partner in our Corporate Department and specialises in transactional corporate work with a particular emphasis on venture capital and private equity transactions (acting for both companies and investors) and M&A transactions. Máire also advises on a wide range of general corporate matters, including corporate restructurings (solvent and insolvent) including domestic mergers and capital reductions.
