Bio

Liam Arthur is a Partner in William Fry's Corporate Group. He advises on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, with particular experience in counselling private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds and other financial sponsors on M&A, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, consortium transactions and joint ventures. He also advises credit funds on equity investments made in connection with their direct lending businesses, Prior to joining William Fry, Liam was a Partner in the London office of Proskauer, where he spent six years, prior to which he worked at Debevoise & Plimpton and SJ Berwin in London, and Arthur Cox in Dublin.
