Jason Hollis is a Partner in William Fry's Banking & Financial Services Department. He acts for financial institutions, alternative lenders and borrowers on a wide range of strategic transaction and advisory mandates. Jason advises on senior and mezzanine debt structures, venture debt and technology finance, real estate finance and leveraged finance. He also assists financial institutions with precedent debt financing documentation, capital requirements including large exposures and connected client analysis, product life cycles and access to financial market infrastructure.
