Bio

Ivor Banim is a Corporate Partner and Head of the William Fry London office since 2017. He has transactional experience over a 20 year period. He specialises in Corporate M&A, fundraisings (from a company and investor perspective), joint ventures and shareholder structuring matters, restructurings, venture capital/debt and general corporate matters. He has significant expertise in advising technology and fintech companies from set-up through to realisation and on all aspects of the business growth cycle. As Head of the London office, Ivor continues to work on Irish law matters with longstanding and new clients alongside management of that office and the firm's UK strategy.
