Bryan Bourke is a Corporate Partner and a senior member of our team. Bryan was Managing Partner of William Fry from 2014 until November 2020. Prior to that he was Head of Corporate. Bryan was named European Managing Partner 2018 at The Lawyer European Awards. Bryan has extensive experience in corporate transactional work, having advised on some of the largest public and private M&A/takeover deals in Ireland in recent years. He also advises on joint ventures, fundraisings, restructurings and broader corporate governance issues.
