Brian Butterwick is a Partner in William Fry's Corporate / M&A Department, he advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and other capital markets transactions. In addition to transactional representations, Brian also advises clients on governance matters and ongoing regulatory compliance. Prior to joining William Fry in 2019, Brian practiced in the London office of Shearman & Sterling.
