She also advises emerging companies, as outside corporate counsel, on business matters from founding to exit. Amy’s expertise is in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising on privacy matters. Amy benefits from diverse experience as in-house legal counsel at several companies across a range of industries, including energy, tech, finance, and rare earth mining. Her time working as in-house counsel has given Amy an in-depth view of the reality of business operations and she is practiced at quickly and efficiently aligning legal solutions with business priorities.
