Richard has almost 35 years’ experience of working in corporate law. Richard is a partner in the firm and a key member of the Corporate & Commercial team. He has a huge range of expertise in corporate matters across multiple sectors, and his main motivation is to get to know clients businesses and their strategic aims as he believes that in this way he is likely to be able to give the best advice he can to clients.
