With over 15 years of experience, he is adept at handling a wide range of matters for commercial clients including company sales and purchases, private equity investments, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, and commercial agreements. In addition to providing general commercial advice to a broad variety of corporate clients, Luke is part of our energy and renewables sector team.
