James Peel Bio

James specialises in commercial and IP law, and also advises on GDPR and FOI issues. A key member of the firm’s Education team, James routinely advises our education sector clients on compliance with funding rules, drafts contracts for education subcontractor arrangements and negotiates contracts for providers where they are contacting with other providers, funders or commercial organisations. One of James’s favourite parts of the job is that he enjoy working with clients to produce tailored solutions for their requirements, with a particular interest in drafting legal documents.
