Edward Capes re-joined Wilkin Chapman in April 2021 having previously trained at and qualified with the firm in 2003. Specialising in corporate work, Edward specialises in a wide range of complex corporate matters, including buying and selling companies, financing businesses (both debt and equity), implementing group reorganisations, drafting and negotiating shareholder/joint venture agreements and advises on general commercial law matters.
