Edward Capes Bio

Edward Capes is a partner in the corporate and commercial department in Lincoln. Edward re-joined the firm in April 2021 having previously trained at and qualified with the firm in 2003. Specialising in corporate work, Edward specialises in a wide range of complex corporate matters, including buying and selling companies, financing businesses (both debt and equity), implementing group reorganisations, drafting and negotiating shareholder/joint venture agreements and advises on general commercial law matters. He has been shown to be a very professional and dedicated partner through our client testimonials and it is clear from those that Edward is willing to go above and beyond for his clients to achieve consistently good results. Outside of the office Edward has been a trustee of the Bromhead Medical Charity since 2018.
