Stephen Albert’s clients recognize him as a transactional lawyer and a trusted advisor to whom they can turn for counseling on legal and business issues. Steve’s transactional work includes mergers and acquisitions, both on the buying and selling side; joint ventures; reorganizations; and financing transactions and agreements, including limited liability company, stockholder, employment, distribution, services, and license agreements.
