Mark Clyman Bio

Mark S. Clyman represents domestic and international public and privately held companies, lending institutions, and private equity firms in corporate law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured financing transactions, recapitalizations, restructurings and reorganizations, joint ventures, and other complex and traditional transactions. He has represented clients in many different industries, such as information technology, consulting, renewable energy, biotechnology, commercial and industrial real estate, lending institutions, media, apparel, aviation, industrial, food and beverage, banking, and expert consulting. He also has experience in the fields of securities law compliance and general corporate and contract matters and has represented various domestic and international entrepreneurs and start-ups with formation of businesses, placement of debt and/or equity, the purchase and/or sale of company/corporation’s assets, stock, and/or membership interests, and acted as outside general counsel. Mark also represents clients in real estate financing transactions, including mortgage lending, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity investments. Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked as a senior operations executive for an international apparel company, specializing in outerwear and sportswear.
