Jonathan Bender Bio

Jonathan K. Bender represents clients in merger and acquisition transactions, as well as in financing and capital raising transactions. He additionally serves as outside general counsel for businesses in multiple industries, including financial services, telecommunications, beverage and spirits, and real estate. In connection with his corporate work, Jonathan represents both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. His clients include broker-dealers, and large family offices. His practice has expanded to cover employment matters involving both employers and executives in various industries, including financial services and alternative asset management. Jonathan’s work extends to representing professional athletes and entertainers. He has negotiated endorsement contracts and licensing agreements for high-profile clients as well as worked closely with their professional advisers in overseeing their real estate holdings, investment activities and personal service contracts. In addition to his work with US clients, Jonathan also represents non-US clients with their investments and operations in the US.
