Bio

Lionel specialises in corporate law. He also has experience in tax law (tax opinions, review of annual accounts and tax returns, administrative and judicial proceedings as well as contacts with tax authorities...) and accounting law (standalone accounts and consolidated accounts established in LUXGAAP). Prior to joining Wildgen Corporate Practice Group in 2016, Lionel worked for 10 years in another Luxembourg law firm. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2006. Lionel is a regular author of legal insights and contributed in the "Guide des comptes annuels pour le Luxembourg" (Ed. Wolters Kluwer) from January 2008 to January 2016. He is also a regular speaker at conferences organised by the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA). Lionel holds a Criminal sciences DEA (University of Nancy, France) and a Master's degree in Corporate Law (University of Strasbourg, France).
