Michael Rennie Bio

As a partner at the firm, Michael Rennie practises primarily in the areas of securities, corporate finance, M&A and commercial law. He acts for both private and public clients across a diverse range of industries in connection with a variety of matters, including financings, go-public transactions, M&A, securities law compliance, corporate governance and commercial arrangements, in each case both domestic and cross-border. He is past Co-Chair of the BBBST Young Leaders committee, a fundraising arm of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto. In his non-work hours, Mike is usually taking advantage of Toronto’s restaurant scene, watching old movies or cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers.
