Marie Nesvik Bio

Marie Nesvik co-heads Wikborg Rein's dispute resolution department. She works primarily within litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on cross border disputes. Marie has extensive experience with litigation before the ordinary courts, as well as national and international arbitration (ICC, SCC, OCC, DIA and ad hoc), and her work has covered a wide range of industries and issues. Marie holds a PhD in private international law from the University of Oslo, where she continues to teach. In 2021, she was admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway.
