Arild Storen Frick is a partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is associated with the firm's specialist area of ​​M&A. Arild has 20 years' experience in transactional work, both as a strategy consultant and lawyer. He is also an experienced compliance advisor who assists clients in both the private and public sector. Before Arild joined Wikborg Rein in 2022, he headed the transaction department at the law firm Schjødt.
