Andreas Lund assist lenders, agents, arrangers and borrowers/issuers with bank financing and debt capital markets transactions related to corporate financing, acquisition financing, project/asset financing, syndicated loans and Norwegian high yield bond issues. As part of such financing he also assist with structuring, negotiating and documenting all types of debt structures.
