Andreas Lund assist lenders, agents, arrangers and borrowers/issuers with bank financing and debt capital markets transactions related to corporate financing, acquisition financing, project/asset financing, syndicated loans and Norwegian high yield bond issues. As part of such financing he also assist with structuring, negotiating and documenting all types of debt structures. Andreas is ranked as "Up and Coming" within Banking and Finance and Capital Markets: Debt by Chambers and Partners and "Rising Star" within Banking and Finance by IFLR1000.
