Jason Fisher is a corporate and regulatory lawyer with extensive experience advising a wide variety of international companies on their transactional and regulatory requirements. “In addition to acting on a wide range of domestic M&A, joint ventures and investments, seamlessly co-ordinating multi‑jurisdictional and cross-disciplinary teams to advise global businesses is a fundamental part of my practice. I work with my clients as an extension of their in-house legal team, providing pragmatic and commercial guidance focusing on what is most important to them.
