David Mcleish advises clients across a range of industries on UK and international transactions but with a focus on the gambling, technology and sports sectors. “I’ve spent over 20 years advising companies on M&A transactions, joint ventures, fundraisings and re-organisations. I was previously General Counsel at a leading listed gambling software supplier and advise some of the leading operators, suppliers and other stakeholders in the betting and gaming sector on their M&A and commercial deals, together with their regulatory and compliance strategies.
