Frida Sander Bio

Frida Sander is a partner at Wigge & Partners and head of the practice area Funds and Investments with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Frida regularly represents founders, sponsors and management teams when setting up alternative investment funds, and institutional investors when investing in fund structures globally, as well as advising funds in their ordinary business. Frida also has extensive experience in advising on set-ups of and investments in joint ventures. Frida and her team regularly offer seminars and trainings within the area of funds and investments and the team publishes a quarterly newsletter summarizing trends and new legislation.
