Sverre Sandvik has extensive experience with IPOs, and other capital market transactions, public and private M&A transactions as well as advising on general company and securities law matters. He has advised on a long list of large and complex M&A transactions, ranking no. 1 on deal value over the last 10 years in Mergermarket's individual rankings for the Norwegian market. He has advised on more than 70 listings on Oslo Børs/Euronext Growth. Sverre is consistently ranked among Norway's leading capital markets and M&A lawyers. He is ranked in Band 1 by Chambers, as a market leader by IFLR 1000, among the top 2 Norwegian capital markets lawyers by Finansavisen and as a "thought leader" within M&A and governance by WWL. He is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's expert committee for securities law and JUS' expert group for company law.
