Svein-Helge Hanken advises clients on M&A, investments, company law and aquaculture law. He has comprehensive private equity experience from his many deals for private equity clients and investment companies, and has been advising on a number of significant M&A transactions both for investment funds and industrial players. In addition, Svein-Helge has a particular sector focus on the seafood sector. He is head of Wiersholm's seafood sector group as well as co-head of Wiersholm's new office in Trondheim.
