Stale Meleng works primarily with commercial properties, with emphasis on transactions, lease and management as well as structuring of property projects. He handles all stages of major development projects, from the acquisition of the land to the closing of the contract. He also advises on project financing and realisation of assets. Stale is an experienced litigator, having handled a number of disputes relating to real property. He also gives lectures on commercial property relevant topics.
