Michelle Devito Marinello joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna in May 2018. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Marinello was an associate at Squire Patton Boggs in Cleveland, Ohio, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions (domestic and international), securities, corporate governance, private equity, and general business matters. As a member of the Business, Corporate and Commercial Practice, Ms. Marinello practices in all areas of corporate law, including, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business and commercial matters.
