Robert Curran Bio

Robert Curran focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. He has represented clients in M&A transactions ranging in size from $500,000 to $200 million. Mr. Curran has advised clients in leveraged buy-outs and ESOP transactions, as well as in creating corporate succession plans. He is experienced in corporate structuring including entity formation and recapitalizations/corporate reorganizations. As former Chair of the Section of Taxation of MSBA, Mr. Curran had performed tax analyses in corporate structures. A resident in our Baltimore office, Mr. Curran is admitted to practice in Maryland.
