Greg Durham Sr Bio

Gregory “Greg” P. Durham, Sr., is a Partner at WhiteBird, PLLC. A civil trial lawyer, Greg focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation. He has significant experience with third-party claims on behalf of insurance company clients throughout Florida. Greg defends claims for premises liability, breach of contract, automobile and personal injury negligence, and maritime claims. Greg is a third-generation Florida lawyer who takes pride in his profession. Unlike his father and grandfather, who were real property lawyers, Greg decided the courtroom was more his calling and pursued a career as a trial attorney. He is active in the community, serving on several boards. He previously served on the Town of Melbourne Beach Planning and Zoning Board and has been an active Brevard County Bar Association member for many years. Greg and his wife Kathi enjoy spending time with their three children and three grandchildren. Greg volunteers as a mentor in the Inns of Court in his spare time.
