Simon Caridia is a partner in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group in London. He focuses his practice on debt financings for infrastructure M&A and private equity transactions. He advises industry sponsors, infrastructure and private equity funds, commercial bank lenders, multilateral agencies, institutional investors and host governments on brownfield transactions and greenfield projects, including acquisitions, refinancings, restructurings, project finance and public-private partnerships.
