Kenneth Barry is a partner in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. Ken is Head of our Private Equity team in London. He has extensive experience advising private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on a range of complex cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and public offerings.
