Bio

Julien Bensaid is a partner in the EMEA private equity team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Julien acts on behalf of listed and non-listed multinational companies and financial institutions, and has worked on a wide range of cross-border and domestic transactional, commercial and financial matters. Julien's practice has a particular focus on securities laws issues such as private placements, tender offers, going-private transactions, squeeze-outs and delistings among others. He also frequently advises on fund formation matters. Julien is well equipped to navigate complex transactions, and has a strong record of accomplishment in corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, divestitures and joint ventures. Julien joined the Firm in December 2018 from an international law firm in Paris, where he was a counsel in the M&A-Private Equity Group.
