Jonathan Olier heads the Corporate M&A and Private Equity practice for Southeast Asia, which encompasses M&A, private equity, investment funds and real estate practices, and focuses on providing an integrated service offering for international and Asia-based clients across a variety of large and complex cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions in the region. Jonathan has been practicing for over 25 years including the last 13 years in Singapore, leading a team of partners and associates dedicated to advising clients on their M&A and investments in Southeast Asia. He focuses on advising private equity clients, large corporates, investment funds and family offices on strategic transactions, cross-border joint ventures and complex private capital matters. Jonathan's experience in distressed M&A has led to him advising on some of the largest restructurings in Singapore in recent years.
