Jan Jensen is White & Case's Nordic Head of Private Equity and the Executive Partner of the Stockholm office. In a career spanning over 25 years, Jan has led more than 120 Mergermarket credited transactions, including LBOs, public takeovers, rescue investments and restructurings. Jan regularly works across multiple jurisdictions with some of the leading Nordic and European private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as international corporates, including EQT, Bridgepoint, Triton, Nordstjernan, Advent International, Danaher Corp. and Lockheed Martin.
