Victoria Wright is a litigator and named as a “Star Associate” by Chambers. She is also a ‘Ranked Individual’ by Chambers 2016 and a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by Legal 500 2016. Victoria is a highly experienced commercial litigator with a focus on intellectual property and technology-related disputes. An Oxford University graduate, she qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Victoria focuses on the resolution of commercial disputes, with particular expertise in technology related disputes involving intellectual property, restraint of trade and restrictive covenant issues (including the obtaining of springboard relief and ex-parte injunctions). Her practice also involves shareholder disputes and major contractual claims, most notably in the telecoms and digital media sectors. She has extensive experience of High Court litigation acting for medium and large sized corporations and is known for her commercial and pragmatic approach. Her work has included attending the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, where her case was presented to 17 European Court judges by Lord Pannick QC.
