Shayne Krige is the Head of the Investment Funds practice area. He also forms part of the Private Equity practice and Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions areas. Shayne specialises in investment funds; private equity; and international transactions. His expertise covers the range of investment fund types – from hedge funds, pension funds to private equity and venture capital funds – extending to corporate/mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate structuring.
