Seroshan Padayachy is a Director in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Regulatory practice areas. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions; companies and close corporations; due diligence investigations; competition law; restructuring of corporations; franchises; black economic empowerment transactions; international transactions; and trusts and trust administration. Seroshan holds an LLB (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria, an LLM (with specialisation in Law of Contracts); and a Certificate on the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
