Hilah Laskov Bio

Hilah Laskov is a Director in the Banking & Finance, Investment Funds and Regulatory practice areas. She specialises in mergers & acquisitions; investment funds; international transactions; and corporate structuring. Hilah also provides opinions on all areas of commercial law and information technology law. She is experienced in the drafting of commercial agreements and also advises on regulatory compliance with financial legislation and fraud legislation. Hilah is on the Executive Committee for the Cape Town Candidate Attorneys Association and in both 2020 and 2021, ranked as a “Rising Star” in Investment Funds by The Legal500.
