Adam Pyzikowski is a Director in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice area. Adam specialises in mergers and acquisitions and has significant experience in transactional as well as general commercial/corporate law matters, encompassing both South African and international transactions/matters, including in the areas of mining and natural resources; sale transactions; business rescue/restructuring transactions; financing and security transactions; shareholder arrangements; joint ventures; and the drafting of various commercial agreements.
