Urs Weber-Stecher is primarily active in the areas of international arbitration and antitrust law. He acts as arbitrator or representative of a party, and represents companies before state courts. Urs Weber-Stecher is co-head of the Dispute Resolution practice group at Wenger & Vieli Ltd. He supports companies in contractual matters and antitrust matters, in particular contract drafting and compliance programs, and represents them before the competition authorities. Urs Weber-Stecher is a long-standing lecturer in international arbitration at the University of Zurich and President of the Swiss Arbitration Academy as well as President of the Swiss Commission of Arbitration (National Committee) of ICC Switzerland and a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution. He regularly gives lectures on topics of international arbitration.
