As a lawyer, notary, and economist, Martin Berweger has extensive expertise in the field of business law. He supports start-ups, SMEs, investors, and entrepreneurs with incorporations, financing rounds, company acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, and joint ventures. His particular areas of expertise include blockchain projects, drafting and enforcement of contracts, and the liability of board members and managing directors.
