Urs Reinwald Bio

Urs Reinwald specializes in M&A and other corporate transactions, such as private equity, venture capital, restructurings and carve-out transactions and has many years of experience advising entrepreneurs, investors, startups, SMEs and public companies. In addition, he regularly advises on all questions of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on governance issues, succession solutions and shareholder disputes. Urs Reinwald also has experience in financial and capital markets law, particularly in stock exchange law and has advised on a variety of capital market transactions. Before joining Wenger Plattner, Urs Reinwald worked in large, internationally oriented business law firms in Switzerland and abroad and in a law firm that focused on the SME sector. He also gained valuable experience as in-house lawyer (secondments).
